I was commissioned to capture and create a reel for a collaborative mural by @najialialii and @cheeks.clt located in Charlotte, NC. Understanding the true story of both artists and seeing the stories come alive on the walls around them is something atmospheric.
Navigating Creativity Campaign Project
The "Navigating Creativity" campaign inspired the creation of this video for a class project about inspiring the youth about art locally. The goal of this campaign was to educate and empower young people by showing them that it's okay to not grasp what lies ahead. Being exceptionally talented at a young age is one of the many fairy tale requirements for becoming a successful artist.
With this video providing examples of how various local artists discovered their creative sparks throughout their lives and how they continue to create will serve as a guidance for others who may still be doubting their worth as artists.
